Flattening the jigsaw
Before framing the jigsaw you will need to make sure it is flat and that the pieces are as level as they can be. This is best done using a roller or even a rolling pin, just make sure it is clean and dry and that you don’t press too hard and damage the pieces.

There are many different jigsaw glues available on the market and the basic principle is the same, they come with their own spreaders that allow the glue to be distributed evenly across the jigsaw and once dry, the pieces are bonded strongly together so that you can pick it up. Why glue the jigsaw? To be able to frame it you will need to turn it over so that it is face down inside the picture frame, having the pieces glued together makes this process simple. Let the glue dry completely before framing.
